Wayfinder
Birmingham City Centre has The Wayfinder talking signs system to help blind and partially sighted people to find their way around and improve access to transport, shopping and visitor attractions.
Activation fobs are available free from Shopmobility and Birmingham Focus on Blindness. For more information, call Birmingham City Centre Partnership on 0121 616 2894, email: citycentre@birmingham.gov.uk or visit www.birmingham.gov.uk - wayfinder. No booking required and the fobs can be used at other destinations with the system, including Leeds and York.
Meet and Greet
If you need some company or support for a short visit to Birmingham City Centre, the City Centre Partnership also runs a meet and greet service. A member of the Street Warden team can meet you at a pre-arranged location - your bus stop or the train station for example and then help you to find your way around the city centre. Please call 0121 616 2259 or email dean.meyer@birmingham.gov.uk to take advantage of this free service.

Information, tickets and souvenirs are available from the Tourism Centre at the Rotunda for visitors and residents, where our friendly, informative and multilingual staff are waiting to help. The Rotunda and Welcome Centre have level access, and a loop system for Deaf and hard of hearing visitors.
