If you plan to use taxis for essential journeys, you must wear a face covering according to law. A taxi driver or private hire vehicle operator may refuse to accept you if you do not wear a face covering.
Birmingham Airport

The UK government has announced that attractions, pubs, restaurants, leisure centres and similar venues must remain closed, except for takeaway, click-and-collect, drive through and delivery.
Parks and external grounds (including those attached to an indoor attraction) remain open for outdoor exercise. Please contact any venues directly if you need further information.

Essential shops still remain open, however you must wear a face covering inside by law. Other public health and safety measures are also in place.
Plan your journey in advance where you can, and contact businesses you plan to visit if you have any concerns.
In line with UK government guidance advising people not to travel, most hotel and accommodation providers in Birmingham have closed. Please contact each individual supplier for further information about existing reservations, refunds or reopening dates.
A very small number of providers are staying open to accommodate key workers, homeless and other vulnerable people.
