This unique experience is much more than a pasta-making workshop. Led by Matt O' Callaghan, the Founder and Chef of Mangia!Mangia!, participants will gain new skills, eat delicious food and meet like-minded food lovers!
This hands-on pasta making class starts with the basics to provide guests with essential pasta making skills. Through instruction and anecdote, attendees will become familiar with semola-based pasta such as orecchiette and cavatelli.
Once the learning is over, the cooking and eating will begin as participants cook their pasta and eat lunch together in Gulp's beautiful dining room. You're welcome to bring your own drinks and make a special occasion of it!
